Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into internal databases and systems.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it.
- Maintain and update records, ensuring all data is correct and current.
- Generate reports and compile data as requested by the management team.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support data-related needs and projects.
- Follow confidentiality policies and safeguard sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Fast and accurate typing skills with a minimum of 30 words per minute
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to sit for extended periods and maintain focus on repetitive tasks
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
