About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and business performance.
The ideal candidate will analyze data, identify trends, create reports, and provide insights that help teams improve processes and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.
- Work with teams to understand data requirements and reporting needs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Validate data accuracy and resolve data quality issues.
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Support process improvements through data-driven recommendations.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data visualization platforms.
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tools such as:
- SQL.
- Python/R.
- Tableau.
- Power BI.
- Advanced Excel.
- Experience working with large-scale business data.
- Experience in e-commerce, technology, logistics, or operations analytics.
