We are currently seeking an energetic and safety minded welder to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Operate semi-automatic welding equipment to weld metal segments using processes such as Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW), pre-heating, tack welding, torch cutting, and flame cutting
- Welding, fabrication, and repair of various equipment
- Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment
- Perform minor repairs to equipment
- Assist machine operators and other production staff as needed.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Upkeeping safety procedures
- Ensure deficiencies are noted and reported to management
- Other labor duties as necessary
Qualifications and Skills:
- Completion of college/technical training or a combination of training and experience
- Previous fabrication experience is an asset
- Reliable Transportation
- Must be able to lift 50lbs consistently
- Must be comfortable wearing full PPE while on shift
- Safety driven mindset
- Clear communication skills
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM and rotational Saturdays as required
Payrate: To be negotiated depending on experience
