What You’ll Do
As a 310T/310J Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet. Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and repairing equipment in the shop
- Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on tractors and trailers
- Assisting with preventative and predictive maintenance planning
- Testing repaired equipment to confirm proper performance
- Performing lubrication, cleaning, and general maintenance tasks
- Maintaining accurate records using our work order software
- Ensuring proper use and storage of shop tools
- Tracking parts used and communicating with the Service Coordinator
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Completing additional mechanical tasks as required
What You Bring
- Valid 310T/310J Technician License
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a mechanic in the transportation industry
- Valid G driver’s license (A or D is an asset)
- Strong mechanical abilities in gas and diesel repair
- Knowledge of PACCAR, Cummins, Detroit, and related diagnostic systems (asset)
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced shop
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Flexibility with hours and shifts (asset, not required)

- Weekend Shift - Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 3 - 12 hours shifts (36 hours total paid for 40 hours)
