Account Executive | Joy+
Location: Remote to start (must live in the GTA) | In-office when we open an office (location TBD)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: Commission-based | $78K OTE (uncapped)

Joy+ is a profitable, bootstrapped AI social platform. Since 2021 we’ve grown to 100+ paying Coaches, with product-market fit, a short sales cycle and a subscription that sells.
Coaches join because they’d rather coach than chase clients. Your job is to meet them, find the right fits and get them onboarded.
This role isn’t about convincing skeptics. It’s about consistent execution.

What You’ll Do
- Interview prospective Coaches from inbound and outbound leads
- Onboard approved Coaches and close their Joy+ subscriptions
- Track every conversation and follow up on time
- Hit or exceed the monthly sales target
- Represent Joy+ with integrity and clarity
Compensation & Earnings
This is a commission-only role. There is no base salary and no cap.
- OTE: $78,000 annually
- Performance bonuses on top
- Paid twice a month, on the 1st and 15th
