Role: Principal Consultant – SAP Security & Controls

Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of IT experience with strong Finance & Controlling, Accounting, Audit, MIS, or Information Systems background.
- Strong SAP Security & Controls experience with deep functional/technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
- Multiple SAP implementations, including at least one full S/4HANA implementation.
- Strong understanding of SAP controls: Automated, Semi-Automated, Manual, Preventive & Detective controls.
- Strong knowledge of business processes, financial reporting, IT risks, ITGC, data privacy, IT security, and change management.
- Experience with SOX, Corporate Governance, COSO, and COBIT frameworks.
- Strong risk & controls identification, optimization, configuration, audit testing, and compliance readiness experience.
- Strong Finance knowledge across AP, AR, GL, Cost Center Accounting, and other S/4 Finance sub-modules.
- Understanding of SAP functional integration with other SAP modules.
- Full lifecycle SAP implementation experience including Blueprinting, Fit-Gap, Configuration, Data Migration, Cutover & Go-Live.
- Experience with SAP GRC, Metric Stream, RSA Archer, and ticketing/project tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Autosys, or Charm.
- Strong client-facing, consulting, Solutioning, workshop facilitation, presentation, documentation, and end-user training skills.
- Prior Project Management, planning, coordination, and offshore/onshore collaboration experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- CIA, CPA, CISA, or CA certification preferred.
