Role Description The Property Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON. This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of residential and/or commercial properties, including maintaining tenant records, preparing lease documentation, and processing rent payments and other charges. The role involves responding to resident and client inquiries, coordinating maintenance requests with service providers, and ensuring common areas and building facilities are properly maintained. The Property Administrator assists with budget tracking, reporting, and invoice processing, and helps prepare documentation related to property inspections, renewals, and compliance requirements. The individual collaborates closely with property management and other team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive experience for tenants and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Property Management and Real Estate, with experience in residential or commercial building operations considered an asset.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting skills, including basic financial tracking, invoice processing, and familiarity with operating expenses.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, property management systems) and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Relevant experience in property administration or a related field, and post-secondary education in business, real estate, or a related discipline, are beneficial.
