Karlo Estates in Prince Edward County crafts rare wines employing unfiltered, wild fermentations and old world techniques. Our wines are handcrafted, rich and full-bodied. Our 18th Century barn houses the tasting room in which you can also view the Loft Gallery’s classical paintings owner / vintner Sherry Karlo. Walk the vineyards and picnic at North America’s largest Dry Stone Bridge or enjoy wine by the glass with food pairings on our covered sun deck.
In it's first vintage, our VanAlstine Port was named among the Top Ten Cutting Edge Wines in the World. In the next, Karlo's Chardonnay CHOA*TM made the list. VanAlstine White*TM port won the only Gold metal awarded at the International InterVin Awards in the category of Fortified Wine.
