A technology-enabled organization is seeking a Finance Manager to help strengthen and scale its global finance function. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys combining technical expertise, process improvement, and business partnership.
About the Role
Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Finance Manager will oversee key financial reporting and accounting activities while driving improvements across a multi-entity organization. Youâll partner with finance, technology, and operational leaders to improve reporting, automation, controls, and decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Prepare and review financial statements, analysis, and management reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis
- Oversee core accounting activities and promote consistent policies and controls
- Strengthen internal controls and support audit and compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline finance processes
- Improve financial systems, reporting, and data quality
- Support business integrations and other strategic finance initiatives
- Partner with senior leaders and operational teams to provide financial insight
- Mentor and support members of the finance team
What You Bring
- University degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
- CPA or equivalent designation preferred
- Approximately 7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge
- Experience in a multi-entity or complex business environment
- Strong understanding of close, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and controls
- Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems
- Exposure to acquisitions, integrations, or process transformation is an asset
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills
