WE’RE HIRING: Logistics & Operations Administrator | Contract-to-Hire | Calgary
Kastner Perez Search Group is partnering with a Calgary-based organization to find a Logistics & Operations Administrator to join a busy, fast-moving team.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential to transition into a permanent position at approximately $50,000 annually.
This could be a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, systems, logistics and operational details and wants to build broader experience within a large, complex business environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting day-to-day logistics and dispatch-related administration
- Tracking and confirming product deliveries and loads
- Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with end-of-day inventory calculations
- Reviewing and validating driver and delivery documentation, including BOLs
- Working with operational data across multiple systems
- Supporting reporting, reconciliation and other analytical activities
- Managing a high volume of documentation while ensuring information is accurate and complete
What we’re looking for:
• Strong Excel skills are essential, including PivotTables, lookups and SUMIF functions
- Comfortable learning and working across multiple software platforms
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of information
• Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, operations, accounting administration or a related environment would be an asset
- A proactive individual who enjoys learning and isn’t afraid to dig into data and solve problems

🏢 Hybrid environment – 3 days in office / 2 days from home

Permanent salary: approximately $50,000
