Responsibilities
Program and teach paint-shop robots, perform Digital Engineering studies, and commission and adjust the quality of paint processes including sealer, underbody coating, primer, topcoat, and plastics. Create and adjust offline programs for download, while coordinating and communicating with the team across facilities and vendors.
Requirements
Requires a technical certificate, diploma, or degree in industrial robotics or automation engineering, Kawasaki robot programming experience, and experience with offline simulation software and downloadable programs. Candidates must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, able to travel up to 50% including internationally, and available for weekends, holidays, and shutdown periods.
