- Work closely with Technology, Data, Data Governance, QA, and business teams to ensure requirements are accurately understood and implemented.
- Develop and execute Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) plans based on business use cases.
- Collaborate with BAT test leads to define test scenarios, expected outcomes, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Investigate and interpret large datasets using SQL to identify trends, issues, anomalies, and business conclusions.
- Review and document ETL processes, data mappings, data lineage, and data quality considerations.
- Support data enablement activities required for testing, implementation, and ongoing platform operations.
- Help ensure FCRM changes are appropriately designed, tested, operationally prepared, and sustainable in BAU.
- Act as a single point of contact across multiple teams for assigned initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate small initiatives from requirements through testing and implementation.
- Track requirements, defects, decisions, and deliverables using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, working sessions, and project discussions with internal and external partners as required.
- Handle confidential customer and financial crime-related information in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
