We're looking for experienced automotive detailers to join our team. If you know your way around a detail bay, take pride in your work and want a pay structure that rewards productivity, we'd like to hear from you.
About the Opportunity
We're introducing a flat-rate compensation structure that pays $30 for every approved flat-rate hour completed. This gives experienced detailers the opportunity to earn based on their productivity and the quality of their work.
For example, completing 40 to 50 approved flat-rate hours per week would mean $1,200 to $1,500 in weekly earnings, with potential annual earnings of $60,000 to $75,000 or more, depending on productivity and hours completed.
