Pharmacy Manager / Licensee
Kenron Compounding Pharmacy - Calgary, AB
$66.00–$70.00/hour, negotiable | Quarterly Bonus | Freedom to Lead | Rewards for Results
Permanent Full-Time | In-Person
What if your next Pharmacy Manager role gave you the autonomy to truly lead your location - not simply maintain it?
Kenron Pharmacy Group is seeking one to two experienced Pharmacy Manager / Licensees to support our growing pharmacy operations in Calgary.
This is a hands-on pharmacy leadership role for someone who enjoys community pharmacy, values high clinical standards, and is motivated by the opportunity to lead teams, strengthen operations, improve systems, and deliver exceptional patient care.
As Pharmacy Manager / Licensee, you will lead your assigned location day to day, with responsibility for pharmacy operations, team leadership, patient care, regulatory compliance, workflow, and clinical service delivery.
Depending on experience, location assignment, and business needs, one successful candidate may also act as a senior liaison between ownership and Kenron’s pharmacy locations. This responsibility supports communication, consistency, and operational alignment across the business. It is part of the Pharmacy Manager / Licensee role and is not a separate Regional Pharmacy Manager position.
Why Kenron?
Freedom to Lead
As Pharmacy Manager / Licensee, you will have meaningful autonomy over your location.
You will lead your team, shape workflows and SOPs, strengthen systems, and make operational decisions that keep your pharmacy safe, compliant, efficient, and patient-centred - while working closely with ownership as a partner.
Rewards for Results
This role includes a quarterly bonus opportunity based on eligible pharmacy services billing, so the results you help drive at your location are recognized and rewarded.
Bonus terms are outlined in the final employment offer/agreement.
Make a Visible Impact
Kenron is independently owned, which means your ideas, judgment, clinical expertise, and leadership can have a direct impact on how the pharmacy operates and grows.
