Role Description This part-time, on-site Retail Associate role is based at the Kidsco store in North York, ON. The Retail Associate will greet customers, assist with product selection, and provide responsive, customer-focused service at all times. Responsibilities include processing sales transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining an organized, visually appealing sales floor. The role also involves monitoring stock levels, supporting inventory counts, and restocking shelves as needed. Retail Associates are expected to work collaboratively with team members, follow store policies and procedures, and contribute to a safe and inclusive environment.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on delivering positive customer experiences.
- Ability to provide customer focused service and communicate clearly with diverse customers.
- Basic inventory management skills, including organizing stock and supporting restocking activities.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow store procedures accurately.
- Comfort working in a retail environment.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Flexible availability, daytime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
