About The Team
The Sales Operations Coordinator intern (or co-op) supports the sales operations team by handling operational, administrative, and analytical tasks that improve efficiency and help achieve revenue goals. This role provides hands-on experience in data management, lead processes, CRM management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

This position is critical for maintaining clean and accurate account data, enabling the sales team to focus on the right opportunities. By supporting regional sales managers and ensuring operational excellence, you’ll help drive efficiency and contribute to revenue growth.
Location
This is an on-site position. You must be in the Ottawa, Canada office, five days a week.
Term Duration
This is a full-time, 4 or 8 or 12-month position, starting January 2027.
Co-op or Intern
This position is open to co-ops and interns. To be eligible for a Co-op or Intern position at Kinaxis, you must either be currently enrolled in full-time education or, if you are a recent/upcoming graduate, your graduation date must be within 12 months of the placement end date.
Compensation range
$19.46-28.55 ourly rate. The final offer within this range will reflect the candidate’s skills, year of education, and experience.

What You Will Do
- Data & CRM Management
- Maintain and update Marketing Automation (Eloqua) and CRM systems (Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with lead tracking.
- Update sales records and documents.
- Focus on contact data management to ensure Kinaxis maintains a high-quality prospecting list.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Leverage reports to help with monitoring data hygiene and movements of the marketing leads.
- Operations Support
- Assist with fulfilling inquiries from marketing, field sales and global partner organization.
- Support Sales Operations team with ad hoc, da-to-day operations requests
- Process Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies in the process and suggest improvements.
- Support implementation of new tools or workflows.
- Market Research
- Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
- Provide insights to support sales and marketing campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth processes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
- Special Projects
What We Are Looking For
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-Oriented : Accuracy in data entry and reporting. Effective time management and organizational skills
- Teamwork : Ability to collaborate across departments and a positive attitude
- Education : Completion of 1 year of studies in Business, Sales, Market Research (or equivalent)
