KindHavn is a private home care company based in Calgary, Alberta. We provide in-home care to seniors, individuals with complex needs, and new families - with a focus on consistency, coordination, and professional standards. We operate differently from most agencies. Every client is matched with a primary caregiver and supported by a dedicated coordinator who stays involved from assessment through ongoing delivery. Care isn't handed off - it's managed. Our services include personal care, companion care, Alzheimer's and dementia care, palliative care, respite care, post-operative care, chronic disease support, medication assistance, wellness checks, foot care, transportation and errands, 24-hour live-in care, household and meal support, newborn care, and postpartum recovery support. KindHavn is an approved CDHCI provider through Alberta Health Services. Eligible clients can access funded home care through the Client Directed Home Care Invoicing program - we handle the coordination with AHS and Alberta Blue Cross on your behalf. Every KindHavn caregiver completes criminal record screening, a Vulnerable Sector Check, professional reference verification, and HCA certification confirmation before their first placement. We hire selectively because the standard we set only holds if the people delivering the care meet it.
