About Kinetic & Skynet Wireless
Kinetic & Skynet Wireless is an established Canadian telecommunications organization with decades of experience in the wireless industry and a long-standing presence within the Rogers/Fido dealer network.
Today, our organization operates
22 retail locations across British Columbia, supported by a growing
B2B division serving business customers across Canada.
We have now expanded into a third major vertical through our
Residential Door-to-Door Sales division, making Kinetic / Skynet Wireless uniquely positioned across:
- Retail
- B2B / SMB
- Residential Door-to-Door Sales
We are proud to operate as the
only authorized Rogers dealer in Canada serving all three of these verticals under one organization.
This is not a small-scale sales operation. We are building a multi-market sales organization with aggressive growth plans, and recruitment is a critical part of that strategy.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a
full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to take ownership of recruitment for our growing field sales division.
This role is for someone who knows how to
build talent pipelines, create candidate volume, identify strong salespeople, and move quickly in a competitive hiring environment.
We are not looking for someone to simply post jobs, review resumes, and schedule interviews.
We are looking for someone who can
build and own a recruitment engine.
You will work directly with sales leadership and play a direct role in how quickly we scale into new markets.
Your mandate will be clear:
find strong people, keep the pipeline moving, and help us build high-performing sales teams.
What You Will Own
You will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, including:
- Building a consistent pipeline of qualified sales candidates
- Managing high-volume recruitment across multiple markets
- Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, social platforms, referrals, colleges, networking, and direct outreach
- Conducting screening interviews and identifying candidates with the right attitude, communication skills, competitiveness, and work ethic
- Improving interview attendance and reducing candidate drop-off
- Managing candidate follow-up from first contact through onboarding
- Recruiting frontline sales representatives, team leaders, and future managers
- Actively headhunting experienced sales talent
- Building relationships with universities, colleges, employment organizations, and recruitment partners
- Tracking recruiting performance and identifying which channels are producing the strongest results
- Supporting workforce planning as we enter new markets
- Developing stronger recruitment processes as the division scales
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Competitive
- Highly organized
- Persistent
- Comfortable working with aggressive hiring targets
- Strong at outbound sourcing
- Confident speaking with candidates
- Able to move quickly and maintain high follow-up standards
- Comfortable being measured on results
- Capable of operating independently without needing constant direction
You should understand that strong recruiting is not passive.
The right person for this role knows how to
find talent before competitors do, create urgency, build relationships, and keep candidates engaged through the hiring process.
Experience recruiting in
direct sales, telecommunications, field sales, staffing, retail sales, commission-based environments, or high-volume hiring will be a major advantage.
What Success Looks Like
Your performance will be measured through clear recruitment outcomes, including:
- Qualified candidate volume
- Interviews booked
- Interview attendance
- Weekly hires
- Candidate quality
- Time-to-hire
- Recruitment channel performance
- New-hire retention
- Growth of the overall candidate pipeline
This is a high-impact position.
The person we hire will have a direct influence on how fast our sales organization grows and how successfully we expand into new markets.
Why Join Kinetic & Skynet Wireless
You are not joining a mature recruiting department where the processes have already been built for you.
You are joining at a stage where your work can directly shape the future of the recruitment function.
You will work closely with leadership, have exposure to growth and expansion planning, and have the opportunity to build systems that scale with the business.
For someone who wants ownership, visibility, and the ability to make a measurable impact, this is a significant opportunity.
If you are a recruiter who knows how to build pipeline, move with urgency, and deliver hiring results, we want to hear from you
