Founded in 1993, King & Wood was among the first private partnership law firms to establish in China’s modern legal market. As China’s economy opened and globalised, we grew alongside our clients - supporting multinational companies investing in China while helping Chinese enterprises expand beyond its borders. Over three decades, we have played a role in many of the transactions, investments and disputes that have shaped China’s commercial landscape and its engagement with the global economy.
