Kinisi Kids

Kinisi Kids offers energetic, interactive early years movement classes for babies, toddlers, children and their parents or caregivers. Our programs include Postnatal Dance and Yoga for moms on mat leave looking to reconnect with movement and build authentic connections with other mothers. We also offer Toddler & Caregiver Dance Classes that nurture and enhance rhythm, coordination, body awareness, social skills and gross motor abilities. These programs are also offered in early learning settings at daycares and preschools.

Passionate about bringing families together through movement and music, Kinisi Kids creates safe, non-judgemental spaces where parents and children can creatively express themselves, connect deeply with their bodies and breath and cultivate a curiosity for physical activity from a young age.
