Understand customer needs and recommend the best product for their lifestyle.
Build brand awareness through authentic, one-on-one conversations.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first interaction to completed application.
Serve as the in-store product expert for customers and store staff.
Build positive relationships with retail teams across assigned locations.
Handle customer information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Travel between multiple store locations within your region as needed.

Why Join Kognitive?

Paid training, ongoing coaching, and career development.
Flexible scheduling, Monday through Sunday (9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.).

Represent a trusted Canadian financial brand with one of Canada's leading field marketing agencies.

What We're Looking For

Friendly, outgoing, and confident engaging with new people.
Motivated by sales goals and performance-based earnings.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
Professional when handling sensitive customer information.
Willing to complete criminal and credit background checks.
Eager to learn and grow through ongoing coaching.
Access to a vehicle or a valid driver's license is an asset.

Compensation

$17.60-$17.75/hour plus uncapped commission.
