About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders and support workforce planning, organizational development, employee experience, and people initiatives across a growing and distributed organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and people priorities.
- Support organizational design, talent planning, and workforce transformation initiatives.
- Advise managers on employee relations and performance-management matters.
- Analyze workforce trends and provide actionable HR insights.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Operations on workforce requirements.
- Support organizational change and employee-engagement initiatives.
- Help develop scalable people practices across distributed teams.
- Ensure HR programs align with business objectives and workforce needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of HR experience, including HR Business Partner responsibilities.
- Experience supporting technology, SaaS, or high-growth organizations preferred.
- Strong workforce-planning and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Experience supporting distributed or international teams is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and consulting skills.
