Kplex helps Toronto homeowners unlock the value of the land they already own.

Across the city, valuable lots are carrying aging houses that no longer make sense. They're too expensive to renovate, hard to sell well, harder to rent well. Under Toronto's multiplex bylaw, those same lots can now hold four or six unit rental homes. We turn the old house into a modern multiplex: the owner gets the value of their land back and a share of the building's income, and the city gets new rental housing where a single house stood.

We develop it, we build it, we manage it. Kplex runs the entire process in-house - design, permit applications and construction - with ViHome, our affiliated property management company, handling leasing and day-to-day operations once tenants move in.

Our portfolio currently includes 50 long-term and short-term rental units, with more than 200 in development across Toronto: from 4+1 multiplexes to 60-unit buildings on the city's major streets.
