Position 1: Experienced Dental Administrator
- Previous experience in dental administration is required.
- Knowledge of Akitü One dental software is preferred.
- Experience with dental insurance claims, predeterminations, billing, and payment processing.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage appointments, patient records, and front desk operations efficiently.
Position 2: Level II Dental Assistant
- Level II Dental Assistant experience and relevant qualifications required.
- Experience with chairside assisting and dental procedures like RCT, crown impressions, implants, and invisalign.
- Knowledge of sterilization, infection prevention, and control protocols.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient care skills.
- Ability to support the dentist and clinical team in providing quality dental care.
