What You Will Do
The National Account Manager (NAM) will lead the development and execution of customized growth strategies for key distributor partners, aligning cross-functional resources to deliver exceptional customer value. In this role, you'll help shape the future of our distributor relationships, expand our market presence, and drive long-term revenue and profitability across the business.
In This Role, You Can Expect To
- Own the development and execution of individualized, distributor specific customer playbooks for assigned national accounts.
- Translate enterprise growth strategy into executable plans aligned to how each distributor measures success, serves customers, and deploys resources.
- Facilitate internal and external quarterly Playbook reviews.
- Develop a deep understanding of each distributor’s economic engine, decision-making structure, and core capabilities.
- Align Kruger PRO initiatives and functional deployment to distributor realities, ensuring strategy fits the distributor’s operating model.
- Coordinate cross functional Kruger PRO resources to deliver a seamless, integrated customer experience across front and backhouse functions.
- Maintain Playbook execution calendars to manage portfolio pipelines, pricing, mix, and field sales focus.
- Pipeline Creation & Acceleration: Push prioritized opportunities into Field Sales through disciplined CRM execution.
- Leverage Power BI, CRM, and financial dashboards to measure outcomes and guide future resource allocation decisions.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing, Finance, or related discipline (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- Progressive experience in national accounts, strategic sales, or commercial leadership within B2B or distribution-based environments.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross functional initiatives with large or multibranch customers.
- Experience translating strategy into disciplined execution and measurable business results.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to convert strategy into practical, executable plans.
- Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills across internal and external organizations.
- High level of financial acumen, including ROI assessment and value-based decision making.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics tools, and performance dashboards.
- Ability to operate as a growth orchestrator
- Experience dealing with Foodservice Distribution is an asset
