About The Role
What you will actually do
Produce accurate, sheet-referenced quantity takeoffs for concrete, masonry, finishes and sitework on a steady pipeline of international projects.
You will work on-site with our team at Wali Plaza, Garden Town, Gujranwala, on a live pipeline of projects for clients in the US, the Gulf and Pakistan. Every deliverable you produce goes through senior review before it ships - which means constant, specific feedback on your work from day one.
Responsibilities
- Perform digital takeoffs for assigned trades using Planswift and Bluebeam
- Organize quantities by CSI division with full sheet referencing
- Prepare marked-up drawing sets showing all measured areas
- Flag drawing conflicts and missing information to the lead estimator
- Meet delivery dates on multiple concurrent projects
Requirements
- B.Sc. / B.Tech Civil Engineering or DAE Civil with strong track record
- 2+ years hands-on takeoff experience
- Working proficiency in Planswift, Bluebeam or On-Screen Takeoff
- Solid Excel skills and attention to detail under deadline pressure
- Readable written English for workbook notes
