About The Role
What you will actually do
A structured 6-month training program that turns strong civil graduates into production-ready estimators - paid from day one.
You will work on-site with our team at Wali Plaza, Garden Town, Gujranwala, on a live pipeline of projects for clients in the US, the Gulf and Pakistan. Every deliverable you produce goes through senior review before it ships - which means constant, specific feedback on your work from day one.
Responsibilities
- Complete the KTH estimator training curriculum: drawing reading, takeoff software, CSI structure, workbook standards
- Perform supervised takeoffs with weekly review and feedback
- Assist senior estimators on live projects with defined scopes
- Progress through graded competency milestones toward independent production work
Requirements
- B.Sc. Civil Engineering (2024–2026 graduates preferred)
- Strong drawing-reading fundamentals from coursework or internship
- Comfortable with Excel; fast, careful computer work
- Genuine interest in estimation as a career - say why in your cover note
