With hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, top performers regularly exceed $60,000 annually.
What You'll Be Doing
- Connect with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Introduce homeowners to residential solar and renewable energy solutions
- Answer basic questions and educate customers on potential benefits
- Identify qualified prospects and schedule appointments for our solar consultants
- Maintain a positive and engaging presence while representing the Kuby brand
- Track leads and appointment activity accurately
Compensation
- Base wage: $20.00 per hour
- Monthly commission opportunities based on appointments and performance
- Typical annual earnings: $60,000-$100,000+
- Additional earning potential for high-performing team members
- Uncapped commission structure
