Role Description The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Georgetown, ON, responsible for ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and tracking of goods across KUTHALA GROUP’s transportation, storage, and equipment operations. This position coordinates daily shipments, schedules pickups and deliveries, and liaises with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to maintain accurate timelines and documentation. The role includes monitoring inventory levels, updating systems with shipment and storage data, and resolving logistics issues to minimize delays and service disruptions. The Logistics Coordinator communicates regularly with internal teams and external partners to provide status updates, handle inquiries, and support high-quality customer service. The role also involves identifying process improvements, supporting compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and contributing to effective supply chain planning.

- A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is an asset, along with the ability to work on-site in Georgetown, ON with flexible availability as needed.
