Love the automotive industry, but tired of how service departments operate?
Tired of chasing sales targets, selling repairs you can't confidently stand behind, or being caught between management expectations and technicians who are already stretched thin?
What if you could focus on selling a brand you're genuinely proud to represent? And the brand image does 50% of the work even before you talk to a single customer?
At Labtech Auto, we believe great salesmanship and technical integrity belong together.
We don't sell questionable repairs or pressure technicians to deliver on promises they never made. When diagnostic uncertainty exists, we believe in setting honest customer expectations rather than shifting that pressure onto the workshop.
This is still a sales job. We expect strong business results, confident recommendations, and exceptional customer relationships. But you'll be selling the value of genuine expertise, quality workmanship, and a reputation worth protecting.
A Different Kind of Opportunity
More autonomy, more trust, less pressure and higher professionalism.
Labtech is a young, ambitious independent automotive service facility specializing in European vehicles, EVs, advanced diagnostics, and ADAS systems.
We're building a business where technical excellence drives customer confidence, and where experienced professionals have the freedom to do their jobs properly.
We're investing in talented people early, with competitive compensation today and opportunities for greater responsibility, influence, and professional growth as the company expands.
You'll work directly with ownership, have a voice in how our service department operates, and help shape the future of a growing business.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Service Advisor, you'll take ownership of the customer experience and day-to-day front-office operations.
Your responsibilities include:
Building lasting customer relationships through professional, confident, and transparent communication.
Presenting estimates, explaining recommendations, and securing repair authorizations.
Managing appointments, repair orders, scheduling, and workshop workflow.
Coordinating closely with technicians to ensure accurate communication of findings, costs, and timelines.
Managing parts sourcing, ordering, and availability.
Following up with customers, handling concerns, and ensuring a consistent service experience.
Contributing ideas and improvements to our growing operation.
Our shop operates on Tekmetric, a modern, integrated shop management platform that streamlines estimates, repair orders, scheduling, customer communication, and workflow management.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an established automotive service professional who takes genuine pride in their work.
Our ideal candidate brings:
Proven automotive Service Advisor experience, preferably in a dealership or established independent repair facility.
Strong sales ability and a track record of building customer trust.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Confidence managing daily service operations independently.
Sound professional judgment and respect for technical expertise.
Initiative, accountability, and a desire to contribute beyond the basic job description.
Experience with European vehicles and diagnostic work is an asset, but character, competence, and professional attitude matter more.
Compensation & Career Growth
Compensation range annually: $70,000–$100,000, based on experience and demonstrated capability.
We offer competitive compensation without making aggressive commission-driven sales targets the foundation of your earnings.
More importantly, we're looking for someone who sees the potential in joining a growing company at an early stage.
As Labtech expands, we intend to develop greater opportunities for leadership, professional advancement, and increased earning potential for those who help us succeed.
Build Something Worth Representing
If you're an experienced Service Advisor who enjoys sales, values technical integrity, and believes you're capable of more than your current position allows, we'd like to hear from you.
