Business to Business Operations Manager

Currently we are hiring for an:
Business to Business Operations Manager
This role is responsible for leading and supporting the full lifecycle of all B2B (EDI,XML and API) connectivity initiatives and objectives related to Business Operations. This role will evaluate processes, ensure standard practices are consistently applied, serve as a point of escalation, facilitate training, and ensure B2B and operational application interfaces seamlessly to support business workflows.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Information Technology, related field or 10+ years’ experience working in related field.
- 5-8 years of hands on B2B communications and ERP system experience.
- 5-8 years’ experience integrating B2B data into enterprise resource planning systems, preferably JDE.
- Expert level knowledge of ERP systems, preferably JDE.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
