About The Job
Polaris Legal is looking to hire an Associate with 0-1 year PQE in their Civil and Commercial Disputes Team. The job profile allows exposure to a versatile disputes practice with expertise in arbitration, corporate, real estate, and civil litigation.
Eligibility
(i) 0-1 year of post-qualification experience.
(ii) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have strong drafting skills.
(iii) Strong Drafting Skills And Experience With Commercial Agreements
(iv) Excellent written and spoken English
(v) Willingness to travel for court appearances and client meetings
Responsibility
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
