Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Maintenance Director, the Building Maintenance Attendant is responsible for performing general repairs, maintenance, and cleaning duties to ensure the building remains in excellent condition.

Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Maintenance Director, the Building Maintenance Attendant is responsible for performing general repairs, maintenance, and cleaning duties to ensure the building remains in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform plastering and minor wall repairs as needed.
- Carry out painting and touch-up work when required.
- Perform minor electrical maintenance tasks, such as installing light fixtures, replacing outdated electrical outlets, and replacing smoke detectors, as needed.
- Maintain the building's exterior by applying sealants and caulking where necessary.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently and within established timelines.
- Honest, reliable, and responsible.
- Good physical condition and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in building maintenance or a related field (preferred).
- Bilingualism in French and English is required, as the position involves communicating with and providing services to an international clientele.
