As the company continues to expand its presence in Alberta, we are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our growing teams in both Edmonton and Calgary.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Project Manager will play a key role in delivering high-quality multi-family residential developments from pre-construction through project completion. Working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and trade partners, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and overall project execution.
The successful candidate will provide leadership throughout the construction process, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the high standards that have become synonymous with the Deveraux brand. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a significant pipeline of current and future developments across Alberta while helping shape the communities where people live and thrive.
The Ideal Candidate
You are a collaborative and results-oriented construction professional with a track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects. You bring experience overseeing project budgets, schedules, procurement, quality control, and stakeholder relationships, along with a strong understanding of construction methodologies and industry best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Five or more years of experience managing construction projects valued at more than $20 million
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, consultants, and trade partners
- Knowledge of project management principles, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Experience with Procore and/or a PMP designation would be considered assets.
