New Graduate Opportunity
Location: Markham, Ontario – In Office
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $50,000–$70,000 CAD
Company: LearnFormula
About LearnFormula
LearnFormula is a rapidly growing professional education marketplace serving regulated professionals across Canada and international markets.
We work with instructors, subject-matter experts, professional educators, and training organizations to bring high-quality continuing education content onto our platform.
We are looking for an exceptionally organized and ambitious Instructor Recruitment & Operations Manager to help us dramatically expand our instructor network and course library.
This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or early-career professional who wants significant responsibility, exposure to multiple areas of a growing technology company, and the opportunity to build systems rather than simply follow them.
The Role
Your primary responsibility will be to find, recruit, onboard, and manage instructors and content partners for LearnFormula.
You will identify instructors across marketplaces, professional associations, universities, training companies, LinkedIn, course platforms, and other sources, then coordinate the entire process of bringing their content onto LearnFormula.
This is not a traditional sales position.
The focus is on content acquisition, relationship management, research, organization, and execution.
You will be expected to independently manage a large instructor pipeline while constantly improving the systems and processes used to recruit and onboard new instructors.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-quality instructors, educators, course creators, and training companies.
- Recruit instructors to publish or cross-list their existing courses on LearnFormula.
- Build and maintain large instructor prospect lists.
- Conduct structured outreach through email, LinkedIn, marketplaces, and other channels.
- Manage instructor conversations from initial contact through onboarding.
- Explain LearnFormula's publishing process and help instructors complete onboarding requirements.
- Coordinate course transfers, uploads, approvals, and publishing.
- Follow up aggressively on incomplete instructor and course onboarding.
- Maintain accurate instructor records, pipelines, spreadsheets, and CRM data.
- Track outreach, response rates, onboarding rates, published courses, and other KPIs.
- Research new professional education markets and identify potential instructors within those markets.
- Coordinate with LearnFormula's content, marketing, development, and operations teams.
- Identify bottlenecks in the instructor onboarding process and build better workflows.
- Use AI tools, automation, spreadsheets, and internal systems to improve productivity.
- Help develop scalable systems capable of onboarding hundreds or thousands of instructors.
Who We Are Looking For
We care much more about intelligence, work ethic, organization, and execution ability than years of experience. You should be:
- Extremely organized.
- Comfortable managing hundreds of contacts and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Persistent and comfortable reaching out to people you do not know.
- Strong at written communication.
- Excellent with spreadsheets and technology.
- Comfortable learning new software very quickly.
- Naturally good at researching people and companies online.
- Able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Detail-oriented enough to catch small errors before they become problems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change.
- Interested in AI, automation, and improving workflows.
- Accountable for measurable results rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
New Graduates Are Encouraged to Apply
This role is specifically designed to be accessible to high-performing new graduates and early-career candidates.
You do not need years of recruiting or education-industry experience.
We are more interested in whether you can demonstrate that you are:
- Resourceful.
- Highly organized.
- Technically capable.
- Fast at learning.
- Comfortable taking ownership.
- Persistent.
- Able to manage a substantial workload without losing track of details.
Strong candidates may come from business, marketing, communications, HR, operations, project management, education, technology, or similar backgrounds.
Direct applicants only. No recruiters or staffing agencies. Please note: We are hiring directly for this role and are not accepting submissions from recruitment agencies, staffing firms, or third-party recruiters.
