Coordinate with discipline managers to ensure proper construction sequencing and staging.
Provide technical assistance and recommend effective construction methods and equipment.
Manage quantity take-offs, bills of quantities, and scope development for civil, earthworks, and wet utilities.

Address potential roadblocks proactively and resolve any arising issues.
Implement and monitor safety programs.
Manage requests for information and issue field instructions as needed.

Demonstrated ability to plan and execute projects within budget and schedule constraints.
Proficiency in interpreting and applying contract law and language.
Experience with project management tools such as Excel, MS Projects, Word, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam.
Strong technical, communication, organizational, managerial, and planning skills.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities.
