About Ledge
Ledge is a performance-based content distribution and creator monetization platform. Brands and record labels, including Columbia Records, Atlantic Records, Sony Music, and more, launch content campaigns on Ledge. Every post is verified against the campaign brief by Ledge AI, and partners pay only for approved content on measurable performance. Ledge has generated over 100M views across TikTok and Instagram Reels in a matter of weeks and is scaling its creator network to meet growing campaign demand.
The Role
We are hiring a Creator Partnerships Manager to own how Ledge sources, onboards, and retains the creators on our platform. You will build the creator acquisition function from the ground up, combining high-volume outreach with creator marketing programs that drive sustained growth in active creators. The role reports to the Co-Founders and works closely with Growth and Product.
Responsibilities
- Network Partnerships: Establish relationships with creator networks, creator collectives, talent agencies, and community leaders to bring groups of creators onto the platform.
- Creator Sourcing and Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and recruit creators across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Discord communities, with a primary focus on the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. Manage the creator pipeline from initial outreach through first approved submission.
- Creator Marketing: Design and execute programs that grow the creator base at scale, including referral and ambassador initiatives, creator-facing content and social presence, and community channels.
- Onboarding, Activation, and Retention: Ensure new creators understand briefs, submission standards, and payout mechanics; drive first-campaign activation and repeat participation; monitor creator health metrics and act on churn risk.
- Pipeline and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversion, and activation in Zoho CRM and report weekly on creator acquisition against targets.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, talent management, or business development within the creator economy
- Demonstrated experience sourcing creators and growing a creator roster, network, or community, with measurable results
- Working knowledge of short-form content and UGC formats, and the ability to communicate credibly with creators
- Comfort with high-volume outbound outreach and disciplined CRM tracking
- Strong written communication and the ability to produce clear creator-facing documentation and messaging
- Self-directed and execution-oriented; this is a hands-on role, not a management position
- Preferred: existing relationships with talent agencies or creator communities
