We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Leader (also known as a Kaizen Promotion Office (KPO) Leader) to join our team and play a key role in driving operational excellence. As a member of the leadership team, you will lead Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives that impact safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

What You'll Do
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the Site General Manager and a key member of the site leadership team;
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen workshops and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and sustainability;
- Embrace servant-leadership and respect for humanity principles to build collaboration;
- Drive the implementation of training and mentorship programs on Kaizen principles and PPS (Pursuit Production Systems) to build the culture of continuous improvement;
- Ensure compliance with PPS principles and established standards through effective daily management and performance monitoring;
- Develop single-piece-flow solutions for high volume/high revenue product lines using standard work, right-sized equipment, and other Kaizen principles;
- Identify and lead cost-reduction, waste-elimination, and process improvement initiatives;
- Execute initiatives from the Division KPO Director and maintain Kaizen resources, training materials, and standard tools.
- Maintain accountability for Kaizen Newspaper Action Items, ensuring timely follow-up, completion, and measurable results.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience;
- Minimum of 5+ years of manufacturing experience with demonstrated leadership in Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, Operations, Engineering, or Quality;
- Experience with Kaizen tools such as 3P, Takt Time, Standard Work Combination Sheets, Standard WIP, and Moonshine;
- Experience leading Kaizen workshop teams, cost-reduction projects, and process improvement initiatives;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing employees and leaders.
- Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required.
Working conditions: This role requires up to 10% travel, including visits to other Pursuit sites, suppliers, or industry events as needed. International travel may be necessary.
