Position Summary
The Partner Development, Legal and Reporting professional will serve a critical operations and compliance function for the Partner Development team, ensuring all partnerships and agreements are structured properly, documented, and reported accurately. This role combines legal oversight, contract management, and reporting analysis to support partnership success while protecting organizational interests. The ideal candidate will have legal or compliance background, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with business development and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Act as primary point of intake and guidance for matters relating to contracts for the Partner Development team
· Draft, review and monitor various templated legal contracts, documents and correspondence
· Ensure compliance with legal contract management practices and processes
· Support contract execution and administration as required
· Liaise with external legal counsel on contracts and other legal matters
· Maintain and update all key contract and reporting document templates
· Track partnership metrics and prepare regular status reports for Partner Development and finance teams

What You Bring
- 2-4 years of experience in legal, compliance, contract management, or business operations.
- Knowledge of partnership agreements, sponsorship structures, and grant agreements.
- Experience with contract drafting, review, and management.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to track metrics and prepare reports.
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-party documentation and reporting requirements.
- Experience with relevant compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Collaborative approach to working with business, finance, and leadership teams.
What You Need to Be Great in This Role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency with contract management or document management systems
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Ability to interpret and explain complex legal and compliance requirements in business context.
