- Develop and execute regional business plans, budgets and growth strategies, identifying opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and market share.

- Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, technical capabilities and resource allocation across locations to meet customer commitments and changing business demands.
- Build and maintain key customer relationships, support major account strategies, resolve escalated service issues and identify opportunities to grow service agreements and existing accounts.
- Partner with Sales, Business Development and technical teams on customer strategies, major opportunities, service proposals and contract renewals.
- Champion health and safety, quality assurance and compliance with applicable legislation, company standards and customer requirements.
- Use business metrics, operational reporting and service systems to identify performance gaps, improve processes and strengthen service delivery.
- Collaborate with the VP, Services and other regional leaders on national initiatives, operating standards and strategic priorities, sharing best practices and supporting consistent performance across the business.
What we're looking for

- Demonstrated experience leading multi-site or geographically dispersed operations, ideally through managers and supervisors.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including budgeting, labour planning, productivity and margin management.
- A proven ability to develop leaders, build accountable teams and drive consistent operational results.
- Strong customer relationship, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with service management systems, ERP/CRM platforms and operational reporting.
- Post-secondary education in business, operations or a technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
