Lil Bear Trucking is growing - and we need reliable, experienced dump truck drivers to keep our sites moving. From site grading to logging roads to municipal infrastructure work, we keep busy across the Fraser Valley and beyond.
🛻 THE JOB
✅ Pull triaxle, pony, quad, or equipment trailer configurations
✅ Haul aggregate, fill & materials on active job sites
✅ Pre/post-trip inspections - safety first, always
✅ Work alongside a solid crew of operators & supervisors
✅ Steady hours, real projects, no downtime drama
🔑 WHAT YOU BRING
✅ Valid Class 1 license - required
✅ Minimum 2 years gravel & trailer experience - required
✅ Clean driving abstract
✅ Tough enough for active construction & logging sites
✅ Shows up, works safe, gets it done
💰 WHAT YOU GET
✅ $29–$32/hr, based on experience
