Account Executive-(High-Ticket Closer)

We spend well over six figures a month on paid acquisition. We have an in-depth application form and setters qualifying the leads. Our sales team closes 25 to 50 high-ticket deals a month and we're in the process of scaling. Your job is to turn a full calendar into cash.

The Opportunity
Every deal you close pays $1,600 at our average deal size when paid in full, and up to $3,000 on a top package in a stretch month. For paid in full deals, hit 20 deals and you’re at $32,000 for the month, 25 and your rate jumps to 12% on the whole month to $48,000. For payment plans you're paid as cash is collected.
The Role
This is a pure inbound closing seat, we can fill your calendar as long as you can perform. You’ll take back-to-back calls with agency owners who found us through paid ads, and you’ll close them.
These are inbound prospects coming from cold traffic. Most had never heard of us before they saw an ad. They aren’t referrals, and they haven’t sat through a webinar that warmed them up. You build trust, find the real problem, and close a $16,000+ decision on the call. If you’ve done this with cold paid traffic, this is one of the best seats you’ll find.
What You’ll Do
- Run back-to-back high-ticket sales calls with cold prospects from paid ads, booked by our setters.
- Close a minimum of 15 deals a month, with a stretch goal of 25.
- Run our sales process with precision on every call and own the outcome.
- Follow up relentlessly on pipeline, no-shows, and open decisions to recover and close deals.
- Work closely with the setters to keep the calendar full of qualified prospects.
- Keep clean notes and pipeline stages in GoHighLevel so nothing slips.
- Review your own calls, take coaching, and keep sharpening your numbers.
How Compensation Works
This is straight commission on cash collected, with no base and no cap. Some clients pay in full and some are on payment plans, so you get paid as the money comes in. Close 25 deals in a month and your rate goes from 10% to 12% on all cash collected from that month’s deals, not just the deals above 25.
Commission per deal:
- $15,000 deal: $1,500 at 10% / $1,800 at 12% (stretch month)
- $16,000 deal (average): $1,600 at 10% / $1,920 at 12% (stretch month)
- $25,000 deal (top package): $2,500 at 10% / $3,000 at 12% (stretch month)
Earning Potential
Here’s what a month looks like at different levels, using our $16,000 average deal. Bigger packages pay more. These are examples, not guarantees.
- Ramp (first 1–2 months): 10 deals at 10% = $16,000/month ($192,000 annualized)
- Minimum standard: 15 deals at 10% = $24,000/month ($288,000 annualized)
- On target: 20 deals at 10% = $32,000/month ($384,000 annualized)
- Stretch goal (12% unlocked): 25 deals at 12% = $48,000/month ($576,000 annualized)
Math at target: 20 deals × $16,000 × 10% = $32,000 a month. At stretch: 25 deals × $16,000 × 12% = $48,000 a month.
The Kicker: At 24 deals, you’ve earned $38,400. Close one more and the whole month reprices to 12%: $48,000. That’s a $9,600 raise for one deal, every month you get there.

You can walk into a call with a stranger from a Facebook ad and walk out with a $16,000 decision. You follow up without being told, and you take coaching without getting defensive.

Non-Negotiable Requirements
We’re hiring the top closers in the market. Every finalist must meet all of these and be able to prove it.
- 2+ years of successful high-ticket closing experience, ideally with some B2B and/or agency background
- A proven track record closing deals $15,000+ deals and $150k+ months, with documentation to prove it.
- Experience closing inbound cold prospects from cold traffic. Not just warm referrals, and not just webinar or event closes.
- Availability for a full-time, full calendar, full commitment.
Exclusivity
This seat comes with a full calendar, and we expect your full attention. You can’t be on other offers, take sales calls for anyone else, or run a side business or side hustle. If you’re closing for someone else on the side, this isn’t the role for you.
Prove It
Saying you’re a top closer isn’t enough. Finalists will be asked to back up their numbers with items such as:
- Commission statements, payout reports, or pay stubs showing what you earned.
- CRM or dashboard screenshots showing deals closed, deal sizes, and close rate.
- Recorded sales calls where you closed a $15,000+ deal with a cold prospect.
- References from sales managers or business owners you’ve closed for.
If you can’t show it, we can’t consider you.
- Uncapped commission: 10% of cash collected on every deal, with no ceiling on earnings.
- Stretch accelerator: Close 25+ deals in a month and earn 12% on all cash collected from that month’s deals.
- High-ticket deal flow: $16,000 average deal size, with packages and upsells up to $25,000.
