About the Lincoln Chamber
The Lincoln Chamber of Commerce is a growing and evolving organization that champions the voice of business across West Niagara. We support our members through advocacy, connection, visibility, and opportunity. From solopreneurs and family-run shops to large-scale employers and government leaders, we’re at the centre of meaningful conversations that shape our community’s future.
And we’re just getting started.
This is an exciting time to join our team. As our Community & Communications Coordinator, you’ll not only play a vital role in how we show up - you’ll also be introduced to an incredible network of business owners, community leaders, and stakeholders at all levels. This position is ideal for someone who sees this not just as a job, but as a launchpad into a career in communications, community development, economic growth, or government relations.
If you’re the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and takes pride in your work - we want to hear from you.
About the Role
This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role for someone who can jump in with both feet. We’ll support you as you learn the ropes, but we’re looking for someone who’s motivated, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited to take ownership of their day-to-day work.
You’ll help lead the charge in how we communicate with our members and the broader public - across email, social media, events, and one-on-one interactions. You’ll manage our marketing calendar, support key programs, and represent the Chamber with professionalism and approachability.
We work hard - but we have fun doing it. No two days are the same here, and that’s just the way we like it.

- Support committee meetings by creating agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-ups
- Organize pre-, during-, and post-meeting logistics with ease
Admin & Operations
- Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM (Membee or similar)
- Use tools like Basecamp, Notion, Buffer, or Slack for project and task management
- Confidently work within Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Word, and Excel
