Safe Management provides onsite consultation, program customization, online training, and train-the-trainer programs. Safe Management's Crisis Intervention Program is recognized by the Ministry of Community and Social Services and is the preferred program and recognized by Public Service Health and Safety Association who partnered with Safe Management in 2010.

Safe Management has been providing training since 1991 and have trained over 500,000 front-line staff in Ontario alone.
