Estimator | Linwood Homes | Richmond, BC (Hybrid)
At Linwood Homes, we believe in creating a better way to build, helping people live their dream through a complete building solution with thoughtful design, curated material choice, guaranteed prices, and accurate timelines.
We have been around since 1968, originally known for our cottage and cabin home kits, but we’ve grown into a full-service design/build construction company operating in BC, Ontario, Alberta and much of the Pacific Northwest US, on projects ranging from under 500 sq ft to 10,000+ sq ft. We’ve shipped material packages to 26 countries and most provinces and states in North America.
We’re hiring an Estimator to help prepare the pricing behind our projects, from first conceptual quote through to IFC and change orders.
About the Role
The Estimator develops pricing on every Linwood project. You turn designs into accurate quotations, whether that’s a Linwood conceptual design, a third-party plan or a full IFC drawing set.
You’ll use Linwood’s internal pricing tools to produce Material Package and Construction Quotes. Your estimation will carry forward throughout our full project delivery process.
You’ll work closely with our sales and design team to answer cost questions and guide budgeting decisions, and with our construction team to continuously refine our costing data
Our work spans single-family custom homes, multi-family, fire insurance rebuilds, mass timber, and mixed use.
