Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist, located in Victoria, BC. The Occupational Therapist will work closely with children and their families to assess needs, develop personalized therapy plans, and provide intervention strategies. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, implementing treatment programs, documenting progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to facilitate comprehensive care for pediatric clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Occupational Therapy practices and principles
- Knowledge of pediatrics, rehabilitation methods, and therapeutic techniques tailored for children
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families, clients, and team members
- Experience or education in medicine related to child development is an asset
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Post-secondary degree in Occupational Therapy and relevant registration/licensing
- Previous experience working with children or in pediatric settings is preferred
Salary and Benefits
- 3 weeks vacation to start

- $700 professional development fund per year
- $60-80/hour or salary option
