Responsibilities
Lead avionics team priorities and coordinate work with the aircraft team lead to meet project schedules and company timelines. Ensure work complies with quality standards and applicable regulations, aircraft documentation is complete, and workplace safety and cleanliness are maintained.
Requirements
Candidates need strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to use avionics test equipment and interpret wiring schematics and aircraft engineering documentation. The role also requires independently managing priorities in a dynamic environment, red-lining discrepancies and coordinating documentation corrections with engineering, and being available for global travel.
