We’re recruiting a Logistics Coordinator for a leading Canadian trucking company based in Woodbridge, ON. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on transportation coordination experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
💰 Compensation
$60,000 to $70,000 per year
📍 Location
On-site in Woodbridge, Ontario, Port Coquitlam, BC OR Lachine, QC (Must have car to get to location and speak French if in Quebec)
🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating daily truck shipments
- Tracking loads and proactively managing delivery timelines
- Communicating with clients, carriers, and internal teams
- Resolving shipment issues and maintaining high service levels
- Updating TMS and operational systems with accurate shipment data

- Previous experience as a Logistics Coordinator in truck transport
- Strong understanding of shipment tracking and client communication
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume transportation environment
