Responsibilities
Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, data models, and reporting solutions, working closely with clients, stakeholders, data architects, and engineers. Analyze and validate data, define and standardize business rules, conduct gap analysis, create documentation and visualizations, and present actionable recommendations.
Requirements
Requires 8+ years of experience in data projects, strong SQL and Python skills, and hands-on experience with tools such as PySpark, Power BI, Azure, AWS, and Snowflake. Insurance domain knowledge is preferred, along with strong communication skills, knowledge of relational databases and enterprise data engineering, and a relevant bachelor's or master's degree.
