Role Description The Personal Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC, providing daily administrative and organizational support to senior professionals. Responsibilities include managing calendars and appointments, organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records and files. The role involves handling correspondence, preparing routine documents and reports, and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and deadlines. The Personal Assistant will also assist with clerical duties such as data entry, document formatting, and basic office coordination, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with experience supporting senior leaders in a professional environment.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proficient Diary Management capabilities, including scheduling, prioritizing appointments, and coordinating meetings and events.
- Solid Clerical Skills, such as document preparation, filing, data entry, and using office productivity software (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced office setting.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
- Previous experience in a professional services or accounting firm environment is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in administration, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
